What is the difference between an Express and Certified Appraisal?
Express Appraisals use automated techniques to determine the value of a domain. Determining factors include: domain-name length, number of words, TLD (i.e., ".com," "net," ".org," etc.), the presence or absence of numbers and dashes, and the popularity.
Certified Appraisals use the same metrics as Express Appraisals but add a human review by an industry expert to further determine the domain's value.
