Is the appraised value guaranteed?
The appraised value is an estimate of what the name may sell for on the open market. There is, of course, no guarantee that selling the domain will actually yield the appraised value. The appraisal serves as a general guideline for buyers and sellers of domain names, who may want to use the appraised value as the starting price benchmark for domain auctions and negotiations.
